🚧 September has been full of energy at Bau Group — from big pushes on site and hands-on training & development, to cake-fuelled competitions and important awareness campaigns. 💪🎂

Our teams continue to show that it’s not just about the projects we deliver, but the people and culture we’re building along the way. With training in PASMA, Geberit, Face Fit testing, and Gripple systems, we’re keeping safety and quality at the forefront — while also supporting vital causes like breast cancer awareness and taking time to enjoy our first ever Bau Bake Off.

We’re also proud to shine a light on wellbeing this month, marking World Mental Health Day (10th October). A reminder to our team that support is always available through the Bright Wellbeing & Counselling app, powered by Health Assured — because looking after ourselves is just as important as the work we do on site. 🦺💛
