The three major functions of heating, ventilation and air conditioning are interrelated, especially with the need to provide thermal comfort and acceptable indoor air quality within reasonable installation, operation, and maintenance costs. HVAC systems can be used in both domestic and commercial environments. HVAC systems can provide ventilation and interfere with heating and cooling.
At Bau we can design, install maintain these systems along with a fully functional BMS design which will have full control of these functions are can be integrated into one or more HVAC systems.
The design aspect will include estimating the capacity and type of system needed and then designing the system, selecting the appropriate refrigerant and various components needed. We define ourselves as Specialist mechanical contractors with our partners who supply then fabricate our bespoke products allowing procurement, design and installation times to be minimalised.
We partner with Daikin, Mitsubishi and Samsung. Therefore all our in-house engineers are well trained up to the newest regulations and standards.
Commercial heating systems can be fire, boiler, gas fired boiler systems. They can be either direct or indirect using items such as heat plate changers to ensure the separation of two services to avoid contamination. Our team can work with you to find the best solution for your build.
At Bau HVAC, we introduce either Air Handling Units or MVHRU’s to our projects. Our extensive experience with Ventilation instillation, has taught us that these units are the industry leaders in allowing natural air and ventilation to areas with either high occupancy or with requirements for specific loads of natural air resources
Our knowledgeable installers use two types of Air Conditioning systems, 410A and R32. R32 is a newly introduced gas system which is highly flammable and requires additional leak projection, along with elements of pipework boxed in and fire protected. We carry out our VRF, VAV’s, DX Coils to name a few, these are based on watts per mar squared to allow simultaneous heating and cooling systems.
