January set the tone for a strong start to the year at BAU 💜

It was a fast-paced and productive month, and with everything happening across projects and teams, our January newsletter was one we didn’t quite get out in time. That said, the momentum, collaboration and commitment across the business certainly didn’t slow down.

From delivery on site to continued focus on safety, development and recognising great work, it’s been an excellent start to 2026. A big thank you to our partners and the wider BAU team for the energy and effort that made it such a strong month.
